In this class, the mother-to-be will learn self-communication empowerment skills to enhance relaxation, wellness and emotional life quality. Reduce stress & anxiety and disengage a women's challenges in physical, emotional pregnancy transition development that extends to establish a model that is incorporated in life. Techniques of Intueri Hypno ® -will help you keep your body relaxed, your emotions balanced, and generally prepare you for childbirth and motherhood in a new empowerment approach of life with discovering a strong inner-power. Intueri Hypno Childbirth ® is both a birthing philosophy and a technique for achieving a safer, gentler and more comfortable birth. In this class, you and your birth companion will learn relaxation techniques of Intueri Hypno ®-which will help you achieve a natural childbirth. These will include relaxation, visualization, slow breathing and progressive deepening/self hypnosis techniques and there will be lots of time for individual practice.
