How Does  individual coaching work?
 
Individual coaching occurs either in person or more commonly by phone or live webcast. There are typically 3 consultations per month lasting 45 minutes each. However, this is flexible with offers of coaching twice a month and can be designed especially for you. Individual coaching may be more suitable for those who have specific needs they would like to address, or for those who are limited by time constraints or geographic location.

Group coaching via teleconference live Web Cast is convenient, affordable, and independent of the geographic location of the participants and the coach. You can call from anywhere, access your computer from the privacy of your home or office, and return to your busy schedule immediately after the 45 minute group coaching. Immediately, after the broadcast, you have a recorded audio to review the coaching skills and tools you learned for added support. There are no travel expenses.

How does Group coaching Work?

Coaching groups are offered once a week for 8 weeks, or monthly support. Each week you will participate in discussions, support and nourishing time to enhance your life situation. Participation is completely voluntary and you will get out as much as you put in. At times you will be challenged but always in a supportive, loving way. Categories of coaching focus on a common goal; challenges occurred in a women's life, the way these goals are met may be different for each individual. With that in mind, the groups are designed to meet the specific needs for each participant. For those who prefer one-on-one sessions, individual coaching is also available.

The Intueri Hypno Childbirth was founded by Martha Watson and is based on mind/body Integrative medicine.
